About 6 weeks ago, London quartet Lazy Day made their long awaited return when they shared the A-side to their new single, the live favorite, 'Disappear.' And then, on the eve of the single's release, they gifted us with a spectacular video for the track. Now, the world gets to hear the flipside, 'All the Time.'
On 'All the Time' Tilly takes on the aftermath of a failed relationship. She's sifting through the wreckage, not necessarily looking for answers, just trying to heal as she sings "You keep on calling me/It's not what I want/It's not what I need." But healing is never as easy as it sounds, that pain and lingering doubt never seem to fade, even as the days, months, and years slip away. Tilly realizes this as she sings, "And even though I've tried to get used to my new life/Oh no, no, so much was left behind/Oh no, no, I feel it all the time." Once again, Lazy Day has proven themselves masterful when it comes to affairs of the heart. Stream 'All the Time' below.
