London quartet Lazy Day makes their 2nd appearance in our favorite songs of 2016 with the B-side to the single 'Disappear'. On 'All the Time' Lazy Day's Tilly takes on the aftermath of a failed relationship, the healing and moving on process as she sings "You keep on calling me/It's not what I want/It's not what I need." But healing is never as easy as it sounds, that pain and lingering doubt never seem to fade, even as the days, months, and years slip away. Tilly realizes this as she sings, "And even though I've tried to get used to my new life/Oh no, no, so much was left behind/Oh no, no, I feel it all the time." Once again, a stunning effort from the Lazy Day camp. More, please!
